Avoid Unnecessary Costly Fees!

ghd partnership were contacted by a client this week regarding works that were being completed on a neighbouring property without a party wall agreement being in place.  ghd partnership are still surprised to hear that people are still building extensions close to neighbouring properties or on the boundary without a valid party wall agreement in place.  This can result in high litigation costs as well as poor neighbourly relationships.
