Heather Nutbourne
Director
Director and co-founder of ghd partnership Ltd with over 35 years’ experience within the building industry.

Heather started her career as an Architectural Technician in an Architect’s office before moving into the surveying field. Heather widened her experience within the building surveying field by working at numerous local authorities and surveying practices within the Hampshire and Dorset Area. She undertook her professional qualifications and became a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2001. Heather specialises in a variety of building surveying services to include domestic and commercial building surveys, pre-acquisition surveys for lease agreements, dilapidations, party wall awards and defects diagnosis. She has also been involved with expert witness cases in more recent years. Heather is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) and gets involved with FPWS forums in the Hampshire and neighbouring areas. In her spare time Heather enjoys both indoor and external pursuits including attending a tap-dancing class and preforming in dance shows during the year. She also enjoys walking the dog and has climbed Scafell Pike, Snowdon, Schiehallion (a Munro near Loch Rannoch) and is looking to complete Ben Nevis when she can fit it in. You will also find her trying to organize various coffee mornings at work in aid of various charities. She says it is a way to bring people together, but we feel that it may be just an excuse for cake!
Anita Jackson
Office Manager
Anita has worked for both private and public sector businesses and brings over 35 years of experience to ghd partnership ranging from administration/finance to supervisory/managerial experience. She has a wealth of skills that she brings to ghd partnership to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Anita likes to spend quality time with friends and family in her spare time but also enjoys keeping fit and walking her Hungarian Vizsla. She also enjoys exploring different parts of the UK as well as fitting in trips abroad too.
Issy Nutbourne
Office Junior
Issy Nutbourne started with ghd partnership when she was attending school at the age of 14. She initially worked a couple of hours after school and a few extra hours at the weekend, in line with the HCC permit to work for a child. To start with she was involved with general admin/office duties. Issy now attends college but has continued working on a part time basis and is progressing well. Issy has learnt to use the Microsoft package used within the office which includes Word and Excel. She has also been training to use CAD and can now amend basic drawings.
Issy is currently study A levels at Barton Peveril College and is keen to explore and develop the business side of the ghd partnership, at some point in the future. Issy is an asset to the business and brings her energy and dazzling smile to work with her. She is very eager to learn new skills as well as willing to undertake the more mundane aspects of the job
